What is a tea temple?

A tea temple is our spacious, biodegradable mesh bag that allows the whole tea leaves, herbs, and flowers to infuse properly, giving you the flavor of loose leaf tea with the convenience of a bag.

Are your tea temples plastic-free?

Yes, our tea temples are made from cornstarch and are fully industrially compostable. Our clear inner packaging is made from NatureFlex, which is home-compostable.

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. We also offer expedited shipping options at checkout if you need your tea fix more urgently.

Do you offer international delivery?

We currently ship to a wide range of countries globally. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination and are calculated at checkout.

What is your return policy?

If you are unhappy with your order, you can return unopened items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Please contact our customer service team to initiate a return.
