We want you to be fully satisfied with your brew, but if your tea isn't quite right, you can return any unopened items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Please note that for food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on tea packs that have been opened or sampled.

Pack Your Tea

Securely pack the unopened tea products in their original packaging to ensure they arrive back at our warehouse in perfect condition.

Ship the Package

Affix the provided return label or use a tracked courier service of your choice to send the items back to our distribution center.

Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
